No. The story was written and edited by a person, and every book uses the same carefully written text with your details added.
Yes, the illustrations are AI-assisted. They were created once, ahead of time, and each one was checked and approved by a person. No image is generated from your child's details and no information about your child is ever sent to an AI service.
Newborns to five. For babies under two, the story looks forward to everything waiting for them (we pick this automatically from their birthday). From two, it celebrates the little person they are now. Either way it's a keepsake for life.

If it arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it or refund you. Because each book is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
